History
From Munich to the rest of the world
The first Paulaner brewhouse was opened under our guidance in Munich in 1989 followed by the second Bräuhaus in Beijing in the year 1992.
In order to professionally support further expansions, the Paulaner Bräuhaus Consult GmbH was founded in 1996 as a 100% subsidiary of the Paulaner Brewery.
This laid the foundation for a worldwide success story. Today there are more than a dozen Paulaner brewhouses around the world, offering their guests a unique gastronomical experience.
Both, our technical as well as gastronomical expertise are also available to other brands within the Paulaner Group. The Paulaner Bräuhaus Consult thus also supports the following concepts:
